The release introduced industry-first features for transportation teams running bids: tighter integration between historical lane performance and live bid evaluation, so shippers can compare carrier quotes against what those carriers actually delivered on the same lanes rather than against price alone.

The underlying argument is that a bid evaluated on rate only produces a routing guide that fails in execution. Carriers who quote aggressively but reject tenders in a tight market cost more than their rate suggests once the freight falls through to the spot market. Scoring bids on cost and historical performance together is what makes an award hold up.
