August 14, 2025. The Journal of Commerce reported on GoodShip's $25 million Series B funding round, led by Greenfield Partners, describing GoodShip as a truckload procurement tool for enterprise shippers.

The coverage situates GoodShip in the shift away from the annual freight RFP toward continuous procurement, where shippers benchmark lane rates, run bids and mini-bids, and hold carriers to the routing guide on a rolling basis rather than once a year. GoodShip runs those workflows on data pulled directly from a shipper's existing TMS, with no replacement system required.

GoodShip was founded in 2022 by alumni of Convoy, Coyote Logistics, Stord and Amazon, and is headquartered in Bellevue, Washington.
