August 14, 2025 — Bellevue, Washington. GoodShip raised $25 million in a Series B funding round led by Greenfield Partners. The round brings GoodShip's total funding to approximately $40.4 million across four rounds since the company was founded in 2022.
The capital supports continued development of GoodShip's freight orchestration platform, which connects to a shipper's existing TMS and unifies tender, contract and settlement data with market rate benchmarks so procurement, carrier management and network analytics run in a single system. It also funds expansion of Laney, GoodShip's AI Transportation Analyst, which answers plain-language questions about a customer's own freight network.
The Series B followed an $8 million Series A led by Bessemer Venture Partners in May 2024, a $5 million seed round co-led by Ironspring Ventures and Chicago Ventures in May 2023, and a $2.4 million seed round in October 2022.
